Eight groups are excluded: accidental or human-caused damage including unauthorised disassembly and altered serial marks; damage from water, dust, heat, unstable voltage or use beyond the device's official protection rating; normal cosmetic wear; third-party firmware or accessories; force majeure; natural wear of batteries, films, straps and bags; units without valid proof of purchase, with altered or missing serials, or refurbished and bought through unauthorised channels; and data loss on the device.
